1WHOLESALE ORDERS

All orders are processed Monday through Friday within 1-2 business days of order placement; if an expedited shipment is requested please call us. Orders placed between 1pm EST Friday thru midnight EST Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

HOW TO PLACE A WHOLESALE ORDER

Placing an order with us is easy. Simply follow these steps:

  • Click on the wholesale login link on the top left corner on the Home page and fill in the form.
  • Once you are registered, and approved (You will receive an email confirmation); login to your account to see wholesale prices.
  • You will also receive a wholesale catalog in PDF via email which you can print and work with as well. Do email us if you have not received this PDF at simsara108@gmail.com
  • Please place your order via email to simsara108@gmail.com.
  • Once your order has been reviewed you will receive an invoice via email. A link for secure credit card payment will be attached. Please follow the instructions. If you have any difficulty or questions, please feel free to contact us on 1-305- 677-2694. We can also provide wire instructions if you prefer to pay that way,
  • You will receive Payment receipts and Shipping confirmation via email.

If you have any issues or need to make a change to a submitted order please call us at 1-305-677-2694 for assistance. We are available Mon-Sat from 10am to 6pm EST

You can also place your wholesale order and make payment via the wholesale shopping cart online, once you have completed the wholesale registration form and received an email confirming approval

PAYMENT

We accept credit cards (Visa and Mastercard only), and for Wholesale orders, wire transfer as well.

PROMO CODES

We all love a deal, but there are a few little rules: Only one code may be used per order.

  • Certain items (including all sale items) are excluded from special offers.

2WHOLESALE SHIPPING

Wholesale shipping is determined based on the weight and size of your order. Once an order is confirmed on the website, you will be contacted to confirm your shipping preference after which, payment for shipping will be made. In most cases we offer free shipping on your first order

We try our hardest to ship every order the day they are received, however due to the heavy influx of orders in our warehouse we sometimes take up to 3 business days to ship orders. All local St. Maarten deliveries are free.

Wholesale Shipping will be provided via your choice of DHL. EMS/USPS, LiatPak or by Seafreight. DHL states that most shipments are delivered within 4-5 business days. However, some shipments may take up to 10 days to arrive. Please allow time for your package to clear customs. The shipping service you select and the weight of your package affect the cost and time of the delivery. If you exchange an item, you will be responsible for shipping charges that apply to the reshipment of the item.

WHOLESALE CUSTOMS DUTIES AND OTHER FEES

Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order

HOW TO PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER (RETAIL)

Wholesale quantity prices apply to a six piece minimum. If you are not a business and wish to purchase under the minimum order quantity, simply add your pieces to the cart and complete payment as instructed.

Returns

  • You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

CREDIT POLICY

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your credit after inspecting the item. Once your return is approved, you will receive a credit on your Simsarashop account immediately which can be applied toward future purchase or immediate exchanges.The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and shipping.

SHIPPING RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
